And here's a book
we got from Tesco's - Lucky for you the title didn't come out properly -
We can't recommend this. The look on Jehann's face should tell you all
you need to know, but in case it doesn't - It's an american book which
has not been changed for it's release over here in Blighty, with the
exception of a few footnotes here and there. |
|
You should attend child rearing classes every few weeks as you go through the pregnancy. Also, you must make sure and not give your baby sody-pop when walking on the sidewalk. And don't keep them in the trunk of your car. Or give them a loaded weapon. God bless America. |
|
And then at the bottom of the page, there's a footnote saying |
|
note: this is all different in the UK - please consult a doctor. |
|
So, Tesco's, what is the point of getting a book, if every other page tells me that what I've just read is rubbish, and if I wanted to know what is actually happening I should ask a doctor, or midwife? I could have just as easy paid £7.99 for a piece of paper saying "ask your doctor or midwife about pregnancy stuff" |
